The benefits of IF are vast and varied, but the biggest would have to be the fat burning process we previously described. Going hand in hand with that, people turn to IF for weight loss. Weight loss through IF can be attributed to a few different factors, the first being caloric intake. While IF isn't a typical diet, restricting the window in which you can eat can naturally cut calories because you're unable to snack at all hours of the day.
