Types Of IF: 5:2 Diet
The 5:2 diet takes a bit more effort and also involves counting calories, so it's definitely more similar to a traditional diet than the other types of IF. With the 5:2 diet, you eat normally five days of the week, and restrict calories to 500-600 per day the other two days. Keep in mind that the two restrictive days should be spread out across the week and not back to back.
