9. Chase those endorphins!
We all know exercise is good for our health, but chances are we aren’t getting enough. If you’re having trouble creating solid blocks of time for exercise, tie it into your other responsibilities.

Multi-task while you put away the dishes and count your squats, join a walking group for moms so you get social time too, meet your partner at the gym for a date, create a park routine with your kids or sneak in 10 minute workouts on YouTube. Any exercise is better than no exercise. And, the best part, endorphins will make you a happier person.
