8. Prioritize your health
If you don’t take care of yourself, who will? As a parent, you’re on the frontline of taking care of everyone else, but you have to prioritize sleep, exercise, and food to keep your energy levels up and your body healthy. Revisit that time-drain list and carve out an extra half hour here and there for sleep, healthy meals, and exercise. It will pay off in every other aspect of your life, especially if you’re able to avoid getting sick and gain more energy as a result.
