7. Make time for yourself
Self-care is trendy right now. Everyone seems to be talking about what we’re doing to take care of ourselves. However, when there’s a million things to do, it can be really easy to take ourselves off the list. Unfortunately, this is a path to burnout and unhappiness.

Even if you only manage to squeeze a few minutes out of the day or week for yourself, make it non-negotiable. Get some exercise, read a book, take a bath. Do whatever you need to do to clear your head so you can be present for yourself and your family.
