What's Up? To Challenge Negative Thoughts
What's Up? uses cognitive-behavioral therapy-based methods to challenge your negative thought patterns and help you see what bad ruts and habits you're stuck in. You can rate your mood as it changes throughout the day and see any patterns that emerge with the app's history tracker. The app also allows you to write notes under each submission, and lets you set goals with action steps to break you out of any negative thought cycles and insecurities.
