4. Being Too Codependent
Even if you're not together 24/7, you can still suffer from codependency in a relationship. 

How to break it: Get a hobby, take some classes, spend more time with the other people in your life, and give yourself time to experience your life on your terms. Codependency is never pretty and certainly not healthy.
