20. Going To Bed Angry
Yes, we're all guilty of it, but we can avoid it. 

How to break it: Never, ever get into an argument right before bed. Not just that, if you're pissed off from an argument earlier in the day, do your best to make amends before you go to sleep. If you need a few more rounds of yelling about the topic in the morning, fine, but put it all away before bed.
