7. Leaving Mid-Fight
Sure, it's easier to walk away, but resolution can't come when you're not in the same space. 

How to break it: Instead of taking off and dramatically slamming the door behind you, count to 10. Or, if you have to leave for a few minutes, walk into the other room (do NOT leave the house), breathe, compose your thoughts, then go back into the fight with a refreshed outlook that wants a solution.
