13. Being Accusatory
No matter what the situation, if you strongly feel you're not at fault, it's really easy to accuse your partner of a whole slew of things. 

How to break it: When you accuse, you essentially back that person into a corner. When that happens, they lash out. With this knowledge in your pocket and not wanting to be yelled at by your partner who's backed into the corner, ask for them to answer your questions and explain things, before you go off the deep end, accusing them left and right.
