Sarah Jessica Parker has dealt with more than her fair share of harsh and completely inappropriate criticisms about her looks over the years, but apparently, the one rumor that bothers the most is about the veiny appearance of her hands.

"There was an article about how ugly they are," Sarah Jessica recently revealed to Andy Cohen on What Happens Live. "'And how I should go have cosmetic surgery to fix them, and I have been contemplating the surgery or I had the surgery... And then there was a really crude drawing of my hands as a witch's hands. I felt like I needed to be hospitalized. And here's what I thought, 'Really? This is how low?' It was so ridiculous. So outrageous to me, because, here's the thing—I love my hands. I got them from my mother."

You tell 'em, SJP.

With that said, while Sarah Jessica is comfortable with hers, it's also fine if you want to start an anti-aging regimen on yours. Wrinkles and sun spots on your hands can reveal your true age faster than your face if you don't take great care of them. Keep them looking youthful by lotioning them with a rich hand cream regularly to keep the skin soft and supple, and oiling your cuticles a few times a week. And if you drive a lot, slather on a lotion that's formulated with a broad spectrum high SPF rating—unfortunately car windows don't block UV rays. The alternative? Wearing a super cool pair of driving gloves.
