Olivia Palermo's New Role Will Likely Involve the Color Red
Learn more about the style star's new colorful gig, this way.
We might know her for her street style, but Olivia Palermo is adding beauty brand guru to her resumé. Last night, Palermo took to Instagram to announce she's been tapped as nail brand Ciaté London's guest Creative Director for 2015.
Although the four limited-edition collections from the collaboration will tap into Palermo's undeniable stylish eye, they will also mark the brand's first move into color cosmetics. With Palermo at the helm of Ciaté's new collections, we're expecting to see richly pigmented enamels and suede-like textures for nails. But we can't help but wonder if we can also expect a few different shades of red nail polish coming our way?
We here at the StyleBistro headquarters have noticed that red is by far Palermo's manicure hue of choice. And why wouldn't it be? It goes great with everything.
...to cell phones
...and even Starbucks.
Although we don't know the exact hues Palermo picked, we have a feeling red might be in there. Just a hunch.
The first Palermo-approved collection will hit counters globally at Sephora in May, with the following collections rolling out thereafter until her role ends in spring of 2016.
