Kate Winslet Is Really Into Fascinators Lately

That's it, we're done fighting our Anglophilia. The Brits get the best gummy candy, they've already seen the third season of Downton Abbeyand they wear crazy hats—no, head sculptures—like it's NBD.

Case in point: Kate Winslet, who wore a gilded fascinator by famed milliner Philip Treacy—you know, the man behind Princess Beatrice's royal wedding hat—to the Longines Hong Kong cup horse races this weekend.

It almost matches her hair, making it look like a rose is emerging from the side of her head, in a cloud of gold leaves.

And last month, she accepted Queen Elizabeth's CBE honor for services to drama wearing a feathered head ornament by Natalie Ellner. It looks like a bird gently wrapped its wing around her face, don't you think?

Note how simple she keeps the rest of her look, and then—BAM—major hat.

Tell us, do you think you need a British passport to pull this off? Or are going to bust out a fascinator at your office holiday party?
