Let's face it: Camilla Alves (Brazilian model, wife of Matthew McConaughey, and mother of three) is breathtakingly stunning. However, when she popped up at the premiere of Free Birds over the weekend, it seemed as if the only thing the Internet trolls could harp on was the fact that she wasn't wearing Spanx to hide her ever-so-slightly paunchy mummy tummy.

For the record, we at StyleBistro firmly believe that women should be proud of their figures no matter what, and we applaud Camilla (and Kate Middleton and Hilaria Baldwin) for stepping out with a bit of a belly after giving birth.

With that said, we know not all women are comfortable wearing a fitted number without all of their wobbly bits being held in. If you’re yearning to wear a LBD (little backless dress) but find your spare tire a deterrent, pick up the Backless Body Shaper at ($34.99). It's low enough in the back where it won't be seen peeking out of your dress, while still managing to smooth over your midsection in the front.
