14. Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
-1 cup Just Mayo 
-2/3 cup canned or jarred artichokes, chopped small 
-2 tablespoons sweet onion, mince d 
-2 tablespoons bread crumbs, divided 
 
Directions: 
-Mix together the Just Mayo, artichokes, onion and 1 tablespoon of the bread crumbs. 
-Transfer to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the second tablespoon of bread crumbs.
-Bake at 325F for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through and the bread crumbs on top are golden. 
-Serve immediately, as a dip for pita chips or fresh baby bell peppers.
