One of the hardest things we have to learn as human beings is not to let our desire for acceptance affect our daily actions, our self-confidence, and most significantly, the important decisions we make in our lives.

If we're so focused on external factors, like whether or not people like us, we can't be true to our inner vision. We can't know if we're doing something because it's the right thing for us, or if we're doing it because we want to be accepted. What could be worse for your confidence and trust in yourself?
