1. Connect With Positive, Like-Minded People
I've never really liked the phrase, "You are who you surround yourself with." But in this case, I have to admit it's blatant truth.

Are the people you hang out with and converse with on a regular basis building you up? Are they applauding your accomplishments and giving you that shoulder to lean on when you need it? If not, you shouldn't feel any guilt about letting them go.

It's something that is undoubtedly hard to do, and it may mean your circle gets smaller for a time. But it's also necessary for you to move forward, ultimately find your tribe, and live your best life as a person and an individual who is worthy of love, from yourself and from others.
