3. Unfollow Negative Social Accounts
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Unfollowing, even blocking, social media accounts that make you feel badly about yourself is not a luxury. It's a necessity in this day and age.

When you see something on your feed every day — even just while casually scrolling past — it's going to affect you, whether at a conscious or subconscious level. Do you really want something as trivial as that to affect your precious, hard-won happiness and confidence? Nope. Didn't think so.
