8. Disconnect To Reconnect
If your confidence takes a hit while scrolling or your friends are definitely hanging out without you (with the evidence readily available on Instagram Stories), take a step back! We don't always have to be plugged in. In fact, we need to disconnect to reconnect on a regular basis as human beings.

In our world of constant information overload, this is super important to remember, and even more important to put into regular practice. It can't fail to boost your confidence, either. When you aren't constantly comparing yourself to others you perceive as seeming "better" than you, in whatever capacity, it's a lot easier to just be, and to have that be okay — more than okay, in fact!
