10. Write A Letter To Your Past Self
Make a list of things that you've been through, situations and hardships in the past that perhaps at the time, you thought you'd never get over. Then sit back for a moment. Take a deep breath. Realize that you survived every single curveball that life's thrown at you so far. 

With this in mind, write a letter to your past self, thanking her for her grace, thanking her for getting you through all those things you thought you couldn't survive.

Because she did, and you did. You made it. You kept going, and you'll do it again. You're doing it right now, while holding your head up high. Isn't that powerful?
