9. Try Positive Affirmations
"I am worthy." "I am enough." "I am loved." "I am love." "I am valued." "I am a confident and capable woman." "I see my own worth and act in a way that reflects that." "I am willing for this to be easier and much more magical than I imagine."

These are all examples of positive affirmations you can get started with. Try repeating them to yourself in the mirror every morning as you get ready, or at night before you go to bed. 

If you feel as though looking in the mirror and reciting these affirmations is too "hokey," try setting reminders in your phone instead!
