4. Co-create.
Jot down a list of the things you'd like to change and/or positively impact in your life. If you want a reminder that's slightly more physical, try making a collage of photos and "totems" symbolizing the goal you'd like to achieve.

For example, creating a vision board on the eve of a new moon will help you to visualize where you'd like to be –– and what you'd like to achieve –– by the time the corresponding full moon arrives in six months' time.
