6. Practice "grounding."
According to Rogue Wood Supply, "Grounding is a practice of bringing balance back into the body, and it's often (though not solely) completed through establishing a connection with the earth. It's about being fully immersed, fully conscious and fully aware of the present."

You can achieve this in many different ways, including forest bathing, carrying crystals, and even simply sitting nearby a plant or walking barefoot, pressing the soles of your feet down into the earth.
