9. Double up your self-care rituals.
Say you were already planning on slathering on a face mask when you get home from work this evening. Maximize that self-care time by mentally and physically focusing on you.

Light some candles and take a detoxifying Himalayan salt bath. Burn some sage to "smudge" your space, or try essential oils. Meditate with your crystal collections, large or small. Make your cosmic self-care ritual your own, and you'll be that much more likely to repeat it and cultivate a positive, long-lasting habit.
