3. Apple Cider Vinegar Bath
The thought of soaking in an apple cider vinegar bath may seem super weird, but it's actually very beneficial. Apple cider vinegar helps with arthritis and inflammation, and it's also anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

Add 1-2 cups to a hot bath and soak for 30 minutes. If the smell gets to you, add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice.
