15. Myth: The Longer The Workout, The Better
Exercising is one of those things where quantity doesn't mean quality. There is nothing wrong with doing a long workout, but often times you can better accomplish your goal in a shorter amount of time. For example, if you're trying to lose weight, a 20 minute HIIT workout can be more effective than an hour long run.
