9. Myth: Carbs Are Bad
Carbs have been getting such a bad rap lately, especially among people trying to lose weight. Carbs — which can be found in fruits, vegetables, grains and more — provide energy, which is something we obviously all need to survive. As with fats, some forms of carbs are better than others, and as with all things, moderation is key.
