16. Myth: The Skinnier You Are The More Healthy You Are
Your weight, or appearance, does not determine how healthy you are. We are all genetically predisposed to have a certain type of body that reacts to fitness and nutrition differently. Some people are naturally very skinny, but that doesn't mean that their heart health, for example, is better than the person who weighs 30 pounds more.
