14. Myth: "Diet" Foods or Drinks Are More Healthy
Diet foods or drinks, such as Diet Coke or non-fat anything, are typically not any better for you than the real thing — and in some cases, they're worse. When a product is altered to be "diet," it often contains artificial ingredients or added sugar.
