3. Partake in extra self-care.

Let's remember to nurture ourselves during this emotionally rife time. If you're like me, it may still feel like you've suffered the death of a love one.

That being said, it's okay to appreciate the good in your life. Practice extra self-care at this time. Don't be afraid to say no to what's wrong, and yes to what's right. (Oh, and if you're still wallowing, I'm right here with you.)
