This diet is suppose to mimic the diet of those in the Mediterranean region of Europe. It focuses mostly on healthy fats from foods like fish and olive oil. This diet is believed to boost longevity.

What you can eat: fish, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, olive oil

What you can't eat: refined carbs (pasta, potatoes), dairy, sweets, and of course no processed foods
