What is Test & Tell?

Test & Tell is a free platform for testing and evaluating products. You can apply to test new products and if you're chosen, you'll be sent the item in order to evaluate it and then post your review on the Test & Tell site.

Is it free?

Yes! Testing of products is completely free. If selected, you'll be sent the product in the mail free of charge.

What do I need to become a tester?

First you must create an account on Test & Tell. (You'll be asked to do so when signing up to test a product for the first time.)

WARNING! When registering, please remember to include your complete and up-to-date address information, otherwise we'll be unable to select you to test a product.

After creating an account, you can then register to test individual products by signing up under the "Enter to Win" section on the Test & Tell homepage.

After entering, you'll have a chance to be selected as a tester for that product and you will be notified by email if you are chosen.

New products are available regularly, so be sure to keep checking back for the latest chance to win.


How are testers chosen?

There are a limited number of each product to be tested, and entries are selected based on answers to the survey entry form that you are asked to complete upon registering.

I was chosen to test a product, now what?

After receiving an email informing you that you've been selected, you will receive the product in the mail. Upon receiving the product, we ask that you test the product regularly in a 2-week window then fill out the email survey you were sent regarding the product. Please fill this out by the date specified in said email. Failure to submit a review will prohibit you from being selected to test products in the future.


I've registered a million times, why haven't I been chosen yet?

Apologies! There are a limited number of each product to test and unfortunately cannot accommodate every request. Please keep trying!

Also keep in mind a few things that could be happening:

1. Your shipping information is incomplete or incorrect. To be selected, we need to know your full name and address — how else will we be able to send you free goodies? Please double check your information in your Test & Tell profile. Don't worry, your personal information will not be shared.

2. Your answers on the form were inconsistent with the profile of the product. We want our testers to receive products best suited to the needs specified in each product survey.
