Kate Upton
wished Vanity Fair a happy birthday in a very Marilyn Monroe way. No, she didn't sing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President." Silly you. But she did channel the classic blonde bombshell for the new cover of the magazine's 100th anniversary issue. On the cover, Upton is featured wearing a retro-inspired champagne onesie, a crimson pout, and blonde curls. Did we mention she looks oh-so fab? [E! News]

Kim Kardashian is the latest celeb to fall victim to hop on the grill craze. A very pregnant Kim appears on the latest cover of Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book. Can't get enough of the Hunger Games? Well, soon you will be able to dress like Effie Trinket and the rest of the fashionable citizens of the Capitol. This fall Net-a-Porter is launching an exclusive 16-piece luxury collection called Capitol Couture by Trish Summerville (aka the costume designer for the films). We've got our fingers crossed for a "girl-on-fire" gown. [Racked]

Remember back in May when celebs sported spiked hair, ear cuffs, and leather on the red carpet for the annual Met Gala? Yeah, that's not happening again. The Met's Costume Institute announced next year's theme, and it has nothing to do with punk—or chaos. The show titled, "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" will feature the work of American fashion designer Charles James, who was known for his stunning, opulent structured gowns. [WWD]

And the Pantone Color of Spring 2014 is... Dazzling Blue, a bold shade of cobalt! Seem familiar? It should. Pantone claims Dazzling Blue is the same shade of blue Facebook uses, as well as Citibank for its bike-sharing program. At least the good news is it's a shade that you probably already own?
