The Dress Style: Strapless

When it comes to strapless dresses, Lisa Wheeler, Equinox's Director of Group Fitness Development has a suggestion. "You want to focus on your lats—the sexy 'V' shape in the back—rhomboids, as they help to pull the shoulder blades back for better posture; pecs for an inexpensive 'chest lift'; and your arms—biceps, triceps and shoulders give shape and contour to the upper arms," she says.
