Do Your Kegel Exercises
Again, we have something that, for some reason, has been relegated to older women. Bad advice. As soon as you start to menstruate, you should start doing your Kegel exercising. Not only does it do wonders for your sex life, leading to stronger and more frequent orgasms, but the strengthening of your pelvic floor is paramount for when gravity takes hold later in life. In other words, you can avoid incontinence and a prolapsed uterus is you do Kegel exercises regularly.
