14. Red Wine Butter
Boil shallots in red wine until the wine reduces by quite a bit. Once cooled, add to creamed butter along with parsley, salt, and pepper. Pop into the fridge until hardened and then use on whatever you'd like! The writer of this site uses it to pan-fry steaks, which sounds pretty delicious to us.
