Dianna Agron is the latest celebrity to face the fringe—and her silky blond locks look fab! Don't you think?

The Glee star first debuted her glossy blunt-cut bangs, highlighted by a statement-making floral headband, at the 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala on Monday. Then for last night's screening of the new Vogue magazine documentary, In Vogue: The Editor's Eye, the actress let her shorter eye-catching strands take center stage with lots of shine. See here:

Neutral lipstick and a golden spray tan sure make a difference, eh?

If you're already sporting a shaggy style like Agron, make sure to blow dry bangs straight—without a round brush to prevent your blunt-cuts from "bubbling." For a rougher, piecey-er look, spritz on a slight amount of dry shampoo (like Batiste's Dry Shampoo, $7.99 at Ulta.com) to add lift and texture.

For a sleeker, more polished style (like say, Agron's bangs at the Vogue screening) use just the teeniest amount of shine serum—Beware: use too much and bangs come off as greasy—on nearly-dry locks. Blow dry on low heat and finish the look off by flat-ironing strands straight.

Don't have bangs? Fake 'em! Jessica Simpson's BFF and hairstylist Ken Paves has a collection of realistic-looking clip-in bang extensions in a variety of shades for $24. (See here.) Be sure to blend the fringe in with your natural folicles though—otherwise you'll end up looking like this.
