You've heard this one before, but it's really important! Not only do you need to eat before a night of drinking, but you need to eat a well-rounded meal that consists of protein, healthy fats, and some carbs. It may be tempting to order a salad in anticipation of how many liquid calories you're going to consume, but you need to get over that one and make the right decision for your night ahead (and the morning after).
