Bones, knees, and joints are Capricorn territory, so they should make the effort to take good care of themselves (calcium anyone?). When it comes to working out, Capricorn should look for activities that are goal-oriented, since that's pretty much how they function through life. Training for a marathon or some sort of fitness competition would be great options. They can be stubborn about their health, especially if they see it as a distraction from achieving their goals, which is just something they may need to be more mindful of.
