Best fitness advice ever received: "Listen to your body and trust your instincts. Train hard on the days when your energy is high, and give your body a break when you know it needs one. It's all about being strong and healthy and making smart choices most of the time."
Favorite pre- or post-workout snack:" My number one post-workout snack is the Flax Master smoothie from Earthbar. I change the recipe up by adding a little spinach and taking out the banana from this protein packed smoothie for the perfect balance of fruit, veggies and protein. It gives me exactly what my body needs and tastes delicious!"
Favorite workout gear: "I only workout in apparel by Track & Field. This is truly not only because I’m the store owner, but because it is the perfect combination of style, edge, fit and technology. The essentials are the Cire Legging and Cire V Top—every woman should own these! I also tend to throw on a cool cotton tee or sweatshirt when I need a little more coverage. I like to mix it up by wearing a fun printed legging once in a while—my favorite right now is our Liberty legging. It makes me feel like I’ve stepped out of the box and can push my limits in anything!"

"For me, it's about being time efficient and training smart. This is my go-to routine, which addresses both cardiovascular health while maintaining lean body mass. At Equinox, I do this routine two to three times, depending on how much time I have, and find it gives me a great all-around workout."
