Best fitness tip ever received: "There is no quick fix or gimmick that’s going to get you the results you want. If you want a great body, you must put in great effort. There’s nothing average about being awesome."
Favorite pre- or post-workout snack: "I love having a Two Moms Granola Bar before my workouts. It gives me the carbs I need to give me energy but never leaves me feeling full. Post-workout, I usually get a protein shake to help repair my muscles. I really like Pressed Juicery and the Larchmont Juicery."
Favorite workout gear: "I like to workout in Spandex tops and sports bras from Carbon 38. The hookup tank ($90), compression leggings ($154) and fishnet bra ($97) are just a few of my favorites. I love the Nike 4.0 FlyKnits ($120) too!"
