2. Power Down
This one is difficult, we know, but it really is beneficial for your sleep to not use electronics before bed. Even though you may fall sleep watching Netflix in bed, according to Sleep.org, "the blue light emitted by screens on cell phones, computers, tablets, and televisions restrain the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep/wake cycle or circadian rhythm." Try powering down one hour before bed.
