3. Watch Your Vices
Some of your favorite vices — alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco — definitely play a role in the quality of your sleep. Though you may feel ready to hit the pillow after a few glasses of wine, it's not actually helping your sleep cycle. Caffeine and the nicotine found in tobacco are both stimulants, so try to avoid these as it gets closer to bedtime (and maybe consider quitting smoking all together).
