1. You Don't Need To Be Accepted By Others
Here's the deal: You don't need to be accepted by others. You just need to be accepted by yourself. That's it. So the next time you feel awkward in a mini because of your strong thighs or don't think you can pull off a crop top because of those cute tummy rolls, don't blame your insecurities on other people. 

Don't believe that the reason you won't wear those items is because other people would disapprove. None of them matter. Only you do. So if you believe you look lovely in what you're wearing, give yourself permission to take off the fat-shaming-glasses, throw some finger guns at your reflection, and walk out of there believing you look beautiful, "dress for your figure" rules be damned.
