Delete Apps From Phone (Remove The Temptation)
During your break, delete tempting apps from your phone, (or at least hide the icons). Removing the visual reminders will help you let go of the behavior. And, when you're ready to starting using social media again, consider leaving the apps off your landing screen (or keeping them off your phone altogether). The harder you make it for yourself to check, the more time you'll have to stop when you feel the urge.
