19. Have Sex On A Regular Basis
There's no denying that we all have extremely busy lives, but having sex on a regularly basis isn't just an easy way to inject joy into your sex life, but an easy way to keep both you and your partner feeling joyful. Sex does wonders for depression and stress, so if you both have hectic schedules, then do yourselves a favor: decide on what days you'll be having sex, put it on the calendar, and stick to it.
