Water is the most important ingredient in maintaining life – human, animal, plant, you name it. If you’re stranded on a deserted island, as much as it would suck to not have piles of food within reach, your body can last a lot longer without food than it ever could without water. You need water, I need water, we all need water – at least eight 8-ounce glasses of it a day, which is also about half a gallon. Because water is so paramount in not just keeping healthy, but staying alive, if you don’t drink enough of it, your body is going to give you a heads up. So are you drinking enough water? I hope so.
