1. Prepare Several Days In Advance
If you start adjusting your schedule, little by little, so you're as close as possible to the schedule you'll be on when you reach your destination, this will help get that jet lag under control. While this may not be easy if the time zone difference is, say, 12 hours, even a small shift to get as close as you can to that schedule you'll be on will make a big difference.
