3. But Don't Stress When You Can't.
As much as you should try to stick to your normal routine as much as possible, don't stress out when you simply cannot. If you put too much pressure on yourself, you're more likely to crack. Stay focused and on track, but also be flexible. Go with the flow and don't beat yourself up if not everything goes the way you've planned.
