It is the season of being thankful after all, right? In all seriousness though, practice gratitude during the holidays. Practice gratitude all the time, but especially during the holidays. It goes back to making the choice to stay calm — make the choice to be grateful. Though the holidays may bring lots of reasons to freak out, they also bring a lot of really amazing and beautiful things. Start paying attention to them all.
